What’s right for you might depend on your presenting symptoms, your therapy goals, or how you like to work with your therapist, and can also evolve over the course of your therapy treatment.

- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR): Most commonly used as a technique for healing from the psychological and physical symptoms of trauma.
- Gottman Method: A type of couples therapy that helps partners learn more helpful ways of coping with relationship issues.
- Holistic Therapy: focuses on the “whole” person and integrates spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional forms of well-being.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): A skills-based approach to psychotherapy that includes aspects of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy.
