- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR): Most commonly used as a technique for healing from the psychological and physical symptoms of trauma.
- Gottman Method: A type of couples therapy that helps partners learn more helpful ways of coping with relationship issues.
- Holistic Therapy: focuses on the “whole” person and integrates spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional forms of well-being.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): A skills-based approach to psychotherapy that includes aspects of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy.
