What is Office Ally?
Office Ally is a full-service clearinghouse and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software with web-based service. It is a cloud-based platform. Users have the option of creating CMS1500, UB04, and ADA claims on the Office Ally website, or using existing software to create and submit claims electronically.
What does an Office Ally plan include?
Documentation
Using Intake Pro (free, with startup fee), patients can complete intake forms and check in for appointments online.
This information integrates into Practice Mate (free) and EHR 24/7 (paid).
Billing & Invoicing
Office Ally offers billing and invoicing through Practice Mate, which is their free, web-based system.
Scheduling
Users can create appointments, manage a calendar, and use color coding for time slots with the scheduling module in the “appointments tab.”
Users also have the option of appointment reminders, which cost:
- $29.95 a month for 1-500 messages
- $49.95 a month for 501-1000 messages
- $69.95 a month for 1001-1500 messages
- $89.95 a month for 1501-2000 messages
Client Portal
Patients can request appointments via Office Ally’s patient portal, Patient Ally.
Practice Management
Office Ally has tools for fixing, entering, and tracking claims, running reports, checking eligibility, verifying codes such as ICD9/ICD10, POS, and Modifiers, and sending electronic attachments.
There is also a free, online entry tool that allows access to a blank, electronic HCFA on the Office Ally website. Using this tool, you can also store patient, facility, and provider information.
